Student clubs meet

Where clubs and activities collide

Following the energy from the past Student Association event, students once again gather but this time at a club-hosted hangout held last Saturday at Union Adventist University’s Student Center. The last Student Association event brought everyone together through games, music, and shared moments. That reminded everyone how important the community is on campus. Whether it was friendly competition, casual conversations, or simply taking a break from busy academic schedules, the event created a welcoming space for students to relax and reconnect.

Building on that momentum, this weekend’s club event carried the same positive atmosphere. The Student Center was filled with food, music, and games as students entered and exited throughout the night. Laughs echoed and bounced off the walls of the Student Center as groups gathered around to participate in fun activities, catch up with friends, and meet new faces.

Although the setup might have been simple, the impact was worthwhile. This event was proof that events like these give students a chance to unwind, strengthen friendships, and feel more connected to campus life. The atmosphere brightened as the space filled with people sharing meals, enjoying the music, and participating in activities, creating an easygoing environment that encouraged everyone to join in.

Together, the Student Association and this recent club gathering, also hosted by the BSA club and the International Club, highlight what makes campus life special: moments of connection, opportunities to decompress and release stress that was gathered throughout the week, and spaces where students can just be themselves. As the semester continues, events like these serve as a reminder that community doesn’t have to be complicated, sometimes all it takes is food, music, and time spent together.
